與恐懼共處

　　我們害怕恐懼，但恐懼卻又是人類的朋友，所以惟有學習與恐懼共處。

　　有些恐懼是必須的，有些來自受傷的記憶，有些出自被拒絕或被誤會的經歷，有些是虛假的，有些卻是莫名其妙的。

　　每當被恐懼襲擊時，我都喜歡大聲唱出：
　　You are my hiding place
　　You always fill my heart
　　With songs of deliverance
　　Whenever I am afraid
　　I will trust in You
　　I will trust in You
　　Let the weak say I am strong
　　In the strength of the Lord

　　在天父的愛裏，恐懼將要消退，安全與平靜將充滿我們。
